Class Policy
You can expect to receive excellent instruction from a well-prepared teacher. You may enroll in person, via phone or mail. Full payment of the class fee is required to enroll, receive a supply list and reserve required materials. You will receive a 10% discount on all materials purchased for class as well as all purchases made the day of class. Please arrive early enough before the class start time to get set-up so as not to interfere with instruction time. Also, make sure your machine is in good working order and you are familiar with its use. Seven (7) days before the class start date we determine whether the minimum number of students has been met and make a commitment to the instructor. If at that time we cancel a class, you may receive a full refund of the class fee or apply your payment to another class. If you cancel after that time no refunds or credits will be given. Please do not bring children or observers to class.
